About the network
The CARe Network connects professionals, service users and organisations working to move mental health care from institutions into community and recovery-based practice. Members are individuals, services, consumer organisations, and educational and research institutes who share knowledge, run training and support each other’s work.

Erasmus+ CARe Project
Recovery-focused care, built together across 21 countries
With funding from the EU Erasmus+ programme, the CARe Network is developing four training modules in person-centred, human-rights-based, recovery-focused care — piloted with professionals, service leaders and service users from across Europe and Central Asia. The project runs from November 2023 to October 2026, with each module co-produced by the people who will use it.
