I am a Creative Arts Therapist and recovery‑oriented services designer in Estonia, working with art, dance, and movement to support self‑expression and personal growth. As a trainer with CARe Academy and a CARe Trainer in Estonia, I help develop strengths‑based, community‑based mental health services and contribute to the work of the Tartu Well‑Being and Recovery College.
My professional journey has been shaped by long‑term involvement in Estonia’s deinstitutionalisation process, where I worked on closing large mental health care homes and developing new, recovery‑oriented community services. This experience allowed me to collaborate closely with teams, communities, and people receiving services, helping to build a culture of hope, inclusion, and personal agency.
My passion is empowering individuals to discover their strengths, build meaningful lives, and enhance well‑being through creative and recovery‑focused approaches.
