Gulzhan Amangeldinova
Gulzhan Amangeldinova is a psychologist (BA), social worker (MA) and mental health advocate. She is the President of the Psychoanalytic Association in Almaty and has been actively involved in developing community-based and recovery-oriented mental health initiatives in Kazakhstan since 2012. Her work focuses on psychosocial rehabilitation, supportive employment and independent living, social inclusion and culturally sensitive mental health care.
