We saw it happen at the “A Person among People” Forum in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine
For the first time, service users and providers, government officials, local authorities, NGOs, and international experts came together to share practical experiences, address challenges, and discuss the future of community-based support
As The CARe Network, we were proud to take part — with our member Aster Tooma contributing insights from Estonia and highlighting the importance of dignity, autonomy, and inclusion
