The ROP consists of 100 training hours and is includes following parts:

  • 48 hours online training (10 online sessions of 4 or 6 hours)
  • 20 hours face to face training held in Prague including 4 hours study visit in mental
  • health care services in Prague
  • 6 hours of group supervision and coaching
  • 6 hours of peer-to-peer working group meetings
  • 20 hours of E-learning and working on assignments
  • Personal support and supervision during the training helping to transfer gained knowledge and skills into participants working environment

Requirements for the training:

  • Professionals currently working in mental health care or psychosocial rehabilitation
  • teams (ideally with more than 2 years’ experience)
  • Good English language skills (at least level B1)
  • Strong motivation, and willingness to learn. Technical and organizational conditions
  • for attending the online training meetings
  • Submitted Motivation letter and CV as part of the registration form
