Get in touch with recovery and recovery-oriented approach!
This online training gives you basic knowledge about mental health recovery, typology of recovery and the recovery-oriented approach. You’ll explore key elements, experience some practices firsthand, and recognize the CARe methodology as a helpful and effective guide in recovery-oriented work.
The training encourages reflection on how to support recovery and recovery-oriented care in your work environment. Through interactive sessions, the training will walk you through the topics of:
- community support
- recovery
- experiental knowledge
- CARe methodology principles
To benefit from this training, a connection to the field of mental health support (regardless of your current role in it) is highly recommended. The training will be held in English by trainers from different countries, so the B1 level of English is recommended.
The capacity of each training is 16 participants.
The training is available for free in framework of ERASMUS+ project: Mental Health Care Recovery Education.

Our goal is to create diverse training groups.
